Vocatex - Look and Listen NEW!

Vocatex Look and Listen is unique since it combines a video magnifier and a reading machine!  A revolutionary innovation for the visually impaired.

Get to know tomorrow’s technology today. Move the magnified text and use the red line to identify the selected text you wish Vocatex to read to you. A clear voice will immediately start reading; from now on it will be much less tiring to read texts, books and newspapers.

The red rectangle circling the word will follow the text. This way you will have a clear overview of the text and you will be able to follow the exact reading position on the page.

You choose which text area or which part of the document you wish to read and the magnification can then be reduced and you will have a better overview of the document.

With SmartRead: Vocatex recognises parts of the text and remembers the last position. This way Vocatex can continue to read the selected part of the text even after having moved the sliding table. You can always control the reading and go one sentence forward or backward.

To start reading just press the large central track wheel and the voice will start to read, as soon as the voice starts, the red rectangle will follow the text on the document. You can of course always adjust the speed, the volume and the Language.

Magnifying the text is up to you.

The right screen: You can select 23inch , 26inch , 32inch and 37inch Multimedia screens.

Multimedia centre: Vocatex doesn’t only combine a fully functioning video magnifier and a reading machine you can also use the screen connected to a PC and use it as a Television (Vocatex Plus Only).

The Optron PCT video magnifier is state of the art technology in a new and innovative design.
