We are a recently established company, designed to help you and your organisation to adhere to the requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act (1995) (DDA), subsequent amendments and related issues.
We have a wealth of knowledge and experience, which we can utilise to meet all your needs. For example, we can offer courses and support in a range of formats, both helping to provide support for disabled colleagues and employees and, helping you to provide a better service for disabled customers; all of which every company has a legal obligation to provide.
We also can generally improve awareness about disability and related issues amongst your staff, knowledgeable employees are the key to ensuring that your business complies with the DDA.
In addition we can also provide highly specialised training and support, for example British Sign Language (BSL) and the installation of, and training with, specialist products.
Our team are experts in the use of assistive technologies, many due to their own disabilities. Previously, whilst employees of a central Government Department, we have worked on the introduction of a new IT system, which we tested to ensure compatibility with the four main pieces of assistive technology. As part of this role we have worked with major companies in the IT world, for example Oracle, Fujitsu, IBM, as well as with the manufacturers of the assistive technologies.
